[MOBIUS 60] Constant mop pad install failures

We have almost daily mop installation failures and there is no sign of debris or issues with the station or environment. Each time when it happens, I pull the unit off the base to install manually as instructed. Every time, the right hand mop post in the unit is extended as if trying to pick up the mop pad. Anyone experience the same issue and can assist with a solution would be great.

Regarding the issue you mentioned about installing the mop pad, please try the following steps to troubleshoot:

1. Please check whether the mop bracket was installed while the robot was powered off. It is recommended to install the mop bracket after turning on the robot; otherwise, it may not attach magnetically.

2. When the robot crosses carpets, thresholds, or small steps, the mop bracket may get caught and fall off. It is recommended to set up a mopping restriction zone to prevent the robot from entering certain areas with the mop bracket attached. Before cleaning, try to tidy up any power cords on the floor to prevent the mop bracket from getting tangled and falling off.

3. Manually install the mop bracket and check whether it is magnetically attracted.

4. Restart the robot and try again.
