Time for an update! So, I was chosen to review the V50 Ultra at no charge if I could submit a few video blogs and written reviews of the product. I will say there was no pressure to give positive reviews. Well, I did everything but except for one written post that I didn’t get published in time. The result, MOVA charged me $749 for the V50 as they promised. The real problem is 30 days later they charged me another $749 like it was a subscription or some crazy shit. I emailed them and asked for a refund of the second charge, and after about a week they finally credited me $610.40. This means they still owe me $132.60 that I’ve asked for multiple times but they keep saying that my case is in review! It’s been over 30 days now and I’m not happy.
So, as of this post, although the V50 performance is great, it isn’t worth having your account charged multiple times for no reason! Don’t buy from MOVA.
