Time for another update!!

It took a couple of emails and finally MOVA support was able to straighten out the issue with the double charge. They fully refunded the $749 and offered to pay for any interest accumulated on my credit card account during the time I was waiting for the resolution. It was about 4 weeks from the time I was charged until the refund was fully submitted, but they happily did it.


On a better note, my MOVA V50 is still working great, I clean about 600 sq feet of shiny tile every night on a programmed schedule, and I’m still using the first set of roller brushes and mop discs. Fantastic!!
