Wood cleaner setting

The wood cleaner option needs updating in the settings. When you click the option to start wood care it only give you the options to clean before care or just care. It doesn’t follow the mop head selected by rooms and instead uses the blue mop heads vs the yellow which is suggested for wood floors. I’ve tried both clean before care and care and the wood cleaning fluid hasn’t been used. It’s using the regular detergent. I have the wood cleaner selected in my detergent settings.
I’ve reset to factory settings but issue remains. I think the software needs an update.

Hello, thank you for your message. Please check if the wood floor cleaner function is enabled. The first cleaning cycle uses approximately 1.33 ml of cleaner, and the second uses about 0.67 ml. After 100 mopping cycles, the cleaner level in the tank will decrease by roughly one-third. Therefore, the consumption may not be immediately noticeable.
We recommend using the wood floor cleaner only in the dosing mode. After mopping, shake the wastewater tank to check for foaming. If you have any questions, please leave a message here.
