Please set the frequency to "High" and observe whether the mop and side brush can extend outward normally.
If they do, it means the function is working properly.
If not, try resetting the robot to see if that resolves the issue. If the problem persists after resetting, it may be due to an internal hardware malfunction.
Resetting the robot: Open the top cover of the robot. Near the side of the Wi-Fi indicator light, there is a small reset hole. Press it for about 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt saying “Start restoring factory settings.”
