How to clean drop down room

I have 1 room with a 3 inch drop. I set the robot in it but it can't get it's position, it is even partially on the map. It wants to go back to dock. Dock is 8 ft away

In this case, you can switch the house type to "Multi-floor" in the Multi-floor Map Management section, and then follow the steps below to create multiple maps:

Map Edit icon → Multi-floor Map Management → +Create Map

Alternatively, you can use a wooden board to create a ramp with an incline of less than 12 degrees to help the robot move between floors.
