Robot goes offline and stops cleaning.

It worked well for a couple of months. Now it starts cleaning and stops in a hallway or near a doo and goes offline. Cannot turn the power on. Have to put it back into base. Then it has a low 14% battery and has to charge.  What has been cleaned is lost and you have to start over. But then it stops again without going back to recharge. No WiFi router issues.  No obstacles. What do I do?
