Popping sound while mopping

My Z60 is making a popping sound when mopping and I noticed a puddle of water around some of the areas it was at when it made the popping sound. Is there something I need to do to correct this?

A few things to try that may help:

1. Lower the mop moisture level in the app, as higher settings can sometimes oversaturate the roller.
2. Remove and reseat the dirty water tank to make sure it’s sealing correctly.
3. Check and clean the roller area, filter, and water outlets for any hair or debris buildup.
4. Run a mop wash cycle before starting a cleaning job.

If the popping sound and puddling continue even on lower moisture settings, it may be worth reaching out to MOVA support to check for a possible water system or seal issue.
