Could you please take a quick look at the charging contacts on both the base station and the robot? Check if there’s any dirt, oxidation, or damage there.
If there’s debris, gently wipe the contacts on the dock and the charging pins on the robot with a clean cloth.
If any of the pins look bent or pushed in, try pressing them a few times to see if they pop back into place.
