[P10 Pro Ultra] P10 Pro Ultra is squeaking

For the last several times my P10 Pro Ultra ran it has been squeaking.  Here is a link to my YouTube short so you can see and hear it yourself   https://youtube.com/shorts/B1WYDkWlSTM?si=1mjMF-voT-i7xdQ8. I have cleaned it and checked everything I can think of to try to "fix" it. I think I bought it in June or July, 2025 but I haven't been able to find the purchasing information.

A few things I'd check if you haven't already:
- Remove and inspect the main brush for hair or debris wrapped around the ends of the brush shaft and bearings.
- Check both drive wheels and make sure there's no string, thread, or pet hair wrapped around the axles.
- Spin the side brush by hand and make sure it's rotating freely.
- Verify that the main brush cover is seated properly and that nothing is rubbing against the brush during operation.

If the noise persists after cleaning those areas, it may indicate wear in a wheel assembly, brush bearing, or another internal moving part. Since you've only had the unit since mid-2025, it should still be within the warranty period. Even if you can't immediately find your purchase information, I'd recommend reaching out to MOVA support with the video link and serial number from the robot. The video does a great job demonstrating the issue and should help them diagnose it more quickly.

Thank you for your response. I had cleaned all the areas you suggested, but cleaned them again just to be sure. The squeaking is still there so I will contact support as you suggested. I will let you

Hello,

Regarding the abnormal noise you reported, our technical team has conducted an initial analysis and provided the following feedback:

The sound does not quite seem to be coming from the robot itself. This is because the working components of the robot — such as the roller brush, side brush, LiDAR motor, etc. — operate at relatively high speeds. If it were a fault-related noise or friction caused by a trapped foreign object, the frequency of the noise would typically not be that low.

However, if you have confirmed that the noise only occurs when the robot is powered on and operating, we recommend, to be on the safe side, that you send the robot back to our after-sales service center for inspection and repair.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding and support!

If you still remember the email address you used for the purchase, you can contact our after-sales support at Email: support@mova-tech.com and they can help you retrieve your proof of purchase. Once you have that, you will be able to proceed smoothly with resolving your issue.

Additionally, here is our after-sales support phone number:
