Hi,there~ We recommend first checking if the dock is successfully powered on. Ensure both ends of the dock power cord are properly plugged in. Then, check if the charging contacts on the dock and the robot are dusty, as dust can cause charging abnormalities. Please wipe them with a dry cloth. Alternatively, confirm if the robot is properly aligned with the dock. You can manually place the robot in front of the dock to trigger automatic recharging.
