If you encounter the error message "Wash pad pick‑up/drop‑off abnormal", please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
1.Check for obstructions
Make sure there are no hair, cables, or other debris blocking the wash pad magnetic posts or the wash pad transport bracket.
2.Install the wash pad correctly
The wash pad has a front and back. Ensure the cleaning side faces the base station door.
