[V50 Ultra Complete] Mop Pads are Dry Mopping

My V50 refuses to dispense water from the robot onto the pads. The mops get cleaned just fine in the base and come out wet, but shortly after leaving the dock the mops dry out.

I have used a small tooth pick to gently try and unclog any pipes. Didn’t work.

I have auto cleaned the baseboard. Didn’t work

I have tried “priming” the robot with a syringe. Didn’t work.

I am using the cleaning solutions that were provided in the box when I got the kit.

I am at a loss. Did the pump go bad in the robot?

I am not even sure it’s filling. The spout in the base seems wet after the mop washing so I think it’s filling the robot? But when I pick up the robot no water is heard moving around inside so I am unsure.

Any other tips before I warranty out this thing?

Hello, you can try adjusting the "Mop Pad Humidity" setting in the "Cleaning Settings" function on the robot's plugin homepage. If that doesn't help, you can,  observe whether the robot makes a high-frequency abnormal sound within the first 5 seconds after starting a mopping task. This is the robot performing a rapid water dispensing action to wet the mop pads. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact our after-sales team.

Just for anyone that stumbles across this at a later point. Not sure if there was a software update but the water is now dispensing from the robot again. I did take a paperclip and gently cleaned out all of the water holes on the robot (one going in) and (two that dispense onto the mops). I also cleaned the water dispenser on the dock that refills the robot with the paperclip. Basically I stuck it in and cleaned the holes out like one would do if they are cleaning their ears with a Q-Tip.

Will report back if anything changes.
