Good morning. Please make sure all your rooms are on the same single floor. Also check your cleaning sequence settings and confirm that your robot’s firmware is updated to the latest version.Then,you can check according to the following.
1. You can check to confirm whether the drive wheel is winding foreign objects.
2. Confirm whether the LDS of the robot is rotating normally, please try to touch the upper cover of the LDS sensor lightly to check whether the rebound is normal.
3. Please check whether there are foreign objects or hair in the rotating part of the LDS, resulting in poor rotation or stopping, if you try to remove.
4. Please confirm whether there is uneven or cocked sticker or larger object on the machine surface.
5. Please try to tap the impact plate, to confirm that the impact plate in a rebound state.
6. Please wipe the line laser sensor and AI identification sensor to ensure that no fingerprints or dust.
7. Please try to restart the robot, if it still does not work please contact Mova support team.
