Runs crooked

I am having an ongoing problem with the robot being higher on one side than the other. There is nothing blocking the wheel. You can feel that it is mechanically set at a different height than the other wheel. I cannot figure out why it is doing this, sometimes it seems to fix itself other times I need to power it off for an extended period of time.  When it does this, it does not vacuum well and it mops horribly.

Which model do you have? Is it able to raise and lift its chassis? If not, then something might be stuck in the wheel. Have you tried turning it over and manually/lightly compressing and extending the wheels? Regardless it may need to be repaired by Mova as that is certainly not normal. Hello. Regarding the issue of uneven height between the two wheels, you can try restarting the robot to see if that resolves the problem.
