[P10 Pro Ultra] Does adding furniture icons to map affect cleaning?

I noticed the option to add furniture icons to the maps. Is this just a decorative feature that allows you to place icons over the areas the mop has already mapped as furniture? Or does it actually establish a boundary for cleaning? If my furniture moves compared to the icons, does the robot vacuum use the icon boundary or the actual physical space? In other words, is this feature going to do more harder than good, or are the icons just a visual for the human to look at and the vacuum will still use LiDAR and camera to establish the space?

I do believe the icons are mainly just for visual purposes, however there are some pet features that are triggered by adding a pet bed, etc. because the robot kicks up its suction power when nearby some of those icons.

The robot relies on LiDAR and cameras to identify real furniture in real time, plans its cleaning path based on the actual environment, and will not operate according to the positions of old icons. Feel free to reach out if you have further questions.
