Hello, please follow these troubleshooting steps one by one for the auto-docking issue:
Check if the base station power plug is loose and ensure the charging station is powered on. Check whether the indicator light above the dust cover lights up; a lit light means the base station has power normally.
Cleaning: Wipe the top of the laser radar and the machine shell. Also clean the metal contact strips on both the charging station and the bottom of the robot to remove dust and dirt.
Proper placement: Put the charging station against the wall. Leave 5 cm of space on both left and right sides, and keep the area 1 meter in front clear of any obstacles.
Avoid interference: Do not place mirrors or other reflective objects opposite the base station, and keep it away from strong light to prevent positioning errors.
Check movement status: Observe if the driving wheels slip, get stuck or trapped while the robot is working.
Reset the device: Restart the robot first. If the problem persists, reset the whole unit, reconnect to the APP and rebuild the home map, then test the auto-docking function again.
If the robot still fails to align with the base station or charges very slowly after all the above steps, please provide the device SN code, upload the error logs, and share the device to our account QR033438. Our technical team will remotely inspect the device for faults. |
