Washboard

Is anyone else having an issue where the washboard basin is frequently getting too much water in it that’s not filtering into the dirty water basin? I don’t know why it’s consistently having this issue or what to do about it.

Hi,there ! We kindly suggest you troubleshoot the malfunction step by step as follows:
Check whether the sewage filter screen and sewage pipes at floor drains are clogged, then clean and unclog them if necessary.
Verify that the sealing cover of the wastewater tank is properly seated and tightly sealed.
Unfasten the left and right latches of the washing tray, take out the tray and pour out residual water. Inspect the filter screen of the washing tray for blockages; clean it thoroughly before reuse if clogged.
Wipe the overflow sensor (metal shrapnel) inside the washing tray with a dry cloth. Reinstall the washing tray and fasten both left and right latches securely.
Run a mop cleaning cycle to test the machine. If the malfunction persists after completing all the above steps, please contact our after-sales service for further assistance.
