Hello, we have added the P70 Ultra model to the selection list in the APP. Please delete the existing device and reconnect it again for normal model recognition.
Here are the relevant rules for multi-floor map docking stations:
Currently, the device does not support setting an independent charging dock for each floor map.
After cleaning on floors without a dock, the robot will only return to the cleaning starting point instead of traveling between floors to dock automatically; you need to move the robot manually.
If you have finished mapping both floors but moved the dock afterwards, you must rebuild the full map. Otherwise, the robot cannot locate the dock during cleaning and will keep wandering to search for it.
