We recommend checking whether the robot's path is being blocked by any obstacles.
If there are obstacles:
During cleaning, please do not close doors to different areas, place objects in the robot’s path, or allow people or pets to stand in its cleaning route. These may prevent the robot from reaching other areas or returning to the charging base. If the obstacles have been removed or the doors have been opened, please try to resume cleaning.
If there are no visible obstacles:
If the cleaning path is narrowed due to furniture placement or restricted by no-go zones or virtual walls, please adjust the furniture or reposition the no-go zones and virtual walls to allow more space for the robot to pass through.
We also recommend manually cleaning the bumper sensor and laser sensor, and checking whether both sensors can rebound properly. Then restart the robot and try starting the task again.
