Can I use a European E40 Ultra in U.S.?

I bought and used a E40 Ultra in Germany(220v). Am I able to use it in the U.S.(110v) without using a step-up converter?

Hello, devices purchased in Germany are region-locked and cannot work normally in North America. We do not recommend cross-region use.
Apart from the region lock restriction, the voltage specification of the European base station is incompatible with the mains power in North America. Both issues will prevent the device from operating properly.
