[V50 Ultra Complete] V50 Ultra Complete Internal Water Tank Not Filling Up

I have my V50 scheduled to mop every other day while vacuuming, and for the past few weeks it has seemed like it is only dry mopping the floors, as it hasn’t taken any water from the clean water tank nor has it left any wastewater for me to empty.

When I touch the mop pads, they feel bone dry.

Is there something I can do to get this working again???

Hello,

1. Check if the cleaning solution being used is the official cleaning solution from the manufacturer. It is not recommended to add other brands of cleaning solutions or disinfectants, as they may cause internal pipeline blockage.

2. Check if there are any foreign objects blocking the sealing plug of the clean water tank and the internal pipes.

3. We recommend that you perform self-cleaning on the base station and observe the water flow from the nozzles:

Settings — Base Station Settings — Automatic Base Station Washboard

I just bought v50 and I have same issue. For multi floor setting the mop is not getting wet at all. I wet it on dock by cleaning mode and then thats it. There is no option to check internal water tank. If its full, if its being used. I even thought there is no internal tank at all it just wets it at dock and runs wet and will again come back to dock clean and start cleaning but that will be useless. So according to online there is a internal tank but there is no way to know how to function it.
Can someone help, how to fill up the internal tank and have it use it other wise this robot is useless.
Same here sometimes it’s just dry mopping… very finicky not a fan
