Mopping Solution

My V50 has mop like 6 times and I notice both solutions to mop are full in the canisters. How do I know if is proper mixing the solution with the water to mop?

The detergent tank on the V50 Ultra Complete lasts much longer than most people expect because the solution is highly concentrated. Typically, it only dispenses about 1–2 mL per cleaning cycle, so it's normal for the level to drop very slowly.

A few things you can check:

* Make sure the front gold-colored cover is fully closed, as this helps seat the detergent cartridge correctly.
* In the app, verify your detergent concentration/dosage setting and increase it if you'd like the robot to use more solution (photo attached)
* After a mopping cycle, gently shake the dirty water tank. If you see some foam, that's a good indication the detergent is being dispensed.


If you've gone through several mopping cycles and the detergent level still hasn't changed at all, it may be worth reaching out to MOVA Support with your SN number so they can help determine if there's an issue with the dispenser.

Approximately 1.33 mL of deodorizing cleaning solution is consumed per cleaning cycle.
Tank A will use around one-third of its capacity (133 mL) after roughly 100 mop rinses.
Tank B will use around one-third of its capacity (67 mL) after roughly 50 mop rinses.
Theoretical example: If you clean once a day.
For small homes with 2 mop rinses per run (without repeated rinsing and mopping), a full set of solution tanks can last 4–5 months.
For large homes with 3–4 mop rinses per run, a full set of solution tanks can last 3–4 months.
