One time it went to my neighbors yard which is almost 30 feet away from the map, today it got stuck for out of the map again with fences near the map but I did not map that close to the fences
Hi there, we apologize for the inconvenience. We understand how frustrating it is when the mower occasionally drifts outside the mapped lawn and even winds up in your neighbor’s yard. Please try these troubleshooting steps for this issue:
1. Confirm your mower is running on the latest available firmware version.
2. Check if the area where it goes out of bounds has a slope steeper than 27% (15°). To prevent the robot from sliding out during turns, we recommend avoiding setting your map boundary on slopes over 27% (15°). You can maintain this section regularly using manual mowing mode.
3. Look for holes or obstacles that could trap the mower. The unit may drift outside the lawn while trying to free itself. We suggest marking this zone as a restricted area.
4. Check for thick long grass, wet grass, or slippery surfaces such as pebbles. These surfaces cause loss of traction, making the robot slide out of bounds while turning. We recommend setting this area as a restricted zone and avoid running the mower when it’s raining. You can also trim this spot regularly with manual mowing mode.
If the problem continues, please share the time the issue happened, related photos or videos, upload your device logs, and provide your unit SN and firmware version. Our technical team will investigate the root cause further.
We hope this matter gets sorted out quickly and look forward to your reply.
