Mova V50 Ultra Complete

I am having issues adding a low-clearance area.....I re-mapped and ran a cleaning cycle....the cleaning cycle add low-clearance  areas but I need to add another....I go to edit map, pick low-clearance areas, try and select a room but nothing happens....so I tried selecting the "add a low-clearance area" and when I try am]nd move it I get the message and I am unable to select the room....I can not add low-clearance area......am I doing some thing wrong...

I fully understand that you are unable to manually add low‑clearance borders, the app prompts you to select a room with no response when you tap it, and the robot automatically creates incorrect low‑clearance areas that can only be deleted instead of manually added, which has caused you considerable trouble.
