Not following custom cleaning.

I have a few shortcuts set that run on an alternating basis and everything was working fine up until a couple weeks ago.

Most of my shortcuts run with selected rooms and the mop after vac setting.


The problem is the mova will only vacuum then announce that the task has been complete and returned to the dock. It is like it doesn't even realize it still needs to mop even though that is the cleaning mode selected. it will never reload and come back out to do the mopping.


I have to manually go in it and tell it to mop on a totally separate task.


So far I have followed all of the troubleshooting that I can find in this forum and nothing has helped.

I submitted this issue to MOVA customer support last month. They did claim it should be fixed later this month, so we will see!
