New V70 Ultra Mopping without water

New Mova V70 Ultra....Robot will not dispense any water durning mopping....I have set anywhere from 17 to 32....I have even tried to wash mops 2 times before attempting to mop floors....have checked the clean water tanks and it is full....when washing mop, there is water coming into waste water tank....BUT, the robot will not put any water down on tile floor to clean.....what can I do or what can I check to get water for mopping....Dry mopping is not acceptable....thank you
