Noise During Normal Operation:
Check Suction Settings: Please check if the suction is set to high in the app. As the suction increases, the working noise will also increase.
Carpet Boost Mode: If the carpet boost mode is enabled, the robot will automatically increase suction when it detects a carpet, and the working noise will also increase.
Abnormal Noise During Operation:
Please remove the side brush, main brush cover, main brush, and mop pad holder from the robot and start cleaning. Then proceed with the following steps:
If the noise disappears:
First, install the side brush and start the robot. If there is abnormal noise during operation, check if the side brush is deformed or tangled.
If the side brush functions normally after installation, there might be friction between the rubber strip of the main brush cover and the floor. Please use it a few more times to observe.
If there is abnormal noise after installing the main brush, please remove it and check if both ends of the main brush are tangled. Ensure the main brush cover is installed correctly on all four sides.
If the noise still exists:
After turning off the power, press down on both sides of the main wheels and slide them to check if they can rotate and rebound. Clean any foreign objects if necessary.
Rotate the universal wheel to check if it moves smoothly. If not, please clean it.
If the filter element was washed with water, please ensure it is completely dry before use. An undried filter element can cause abnormal noise during the robot's operation.
