Hi MOVA Team,
My Mobius 60 has recently started repeatedly reporting “The main brush wrapped”, even though there is nothing actually wrapped around the brush.
Initially, when this happened, I could remove the brush, clean it, reinstall it, and hit Resume, and the robot would continue normally. Over the last few days, however, the problem has become progressively worse.
I have now deep-cleaned the entire brush assembly, brush ends/bearings, housing, and surrounding area, and I cannot find any hair, thread, debris, or obstruction. The brush appears to rotate freely.
As the attached history shows, the error has occurred repeatedly over several days and is now also causing scheduled cleaning tasks to be cancelled. Sometimes pressing Resume 5–10 times eventually gets it running again, which makes me wonder if this may be a false detection, brush motor/sensor, bearing, or firmware (Currently on 4.3.9_1736) issue rather than an actual tangle.
Today I am already on my 8th Resume attempt, and the Mobius 60 still refuses to run. [Update: It finally ran on 10th try...Frustrating]
Could someone from the MOVA team please advise on the next troubleshooting step or whether any component needs to be inspected/replaced? I am happy to provide additional logs, photos, video, or device information if needed.
Overall, I really love my Mobius 60, so I would definitely like to get this resolved rather than repeatedly clearing an error when the brush itself is clean.
Thanks! 🙏 TranslateView Original Text
