[V70 Ultra Complete] V70 Room Cut in Half

went to clean Living Room and the app appeared to cut my room into 2 sections.......the first time, at 100% charge, it only cleaned one half and stopped to go back and re-charge.....then came back to clean second half....tonight it cleansed one half and them=n the other half....do I have a setting wrong somewhere?  if so, how can I get it to clean both sections together instead od splitting it up.....thank you....Please see picture

Hello, sorry for the inconvenience caused. I would like to confirm: from the annotated picture you shared, are you using a custom mode and have selected room-by-room cleaning? During the cleaning process, the robot performed an automatic dust collection. After cleaning, you found that the room was split into two zones.

hi....I have selected "Custom Cleaning" and selected 1 room.....when the robot goes out to clean, it goes to a point that is in the middle of the room......it clean ½ of the room, then goes to the other ½ of the room....the robot does not go back to dock and collect duct until the entire room is cleaned...and when you watch the cleaning process on the app on the phone, you can see it only cleans ½ of the room...the picture I send shows a definite split in the middle of the room....

Hello, we have passed your feedback to our technical team. The logs for the zone‑division issue on the 10th have been overwritten. This issue did not occur in the last two cleaning runs for the Living Room. If the problem happens again, please contact us promptly with the exact time and a screenshot of the abnormal map.
