Dry area in center of wet mop

As the robot begins to mop my floor, I see a dry section about an inch or so, in the middle of where it’s mopping. I have to cancel the cleaning. Try to end it again because it wants to clean and dry the mop roller and send it out again because it wet it again. It seemed to do a better job the second time.  This is not acceptable please help.
