[E40 Ultra] Dock rejecting Mova E-40 Ultra

I opened up my Mova E-40 to clean the side brush motor (it was reporting tangled hair/wires, though nothing was actually tangled). After reassembling it, the docking station rejects the robot: when I manually place it on the dock, the LEDs flash white for a few seconds, and the robot starts to move off the dock but then shuts down, as if the battery had no charge.

Hello, we would like to confirm a few points with you: Has the robot returned to normal now? Contact status: Are the metal charging contacts of the robot and dock deformed, oxidized or dirty? What is the current firmware version of the robot? Can the robot power on normally when it is away from the dock? Can the robot recover after you restart it, and are there any error messages displayed on your phone? Looking forward to your reply.

Good morning. Sorry for the delay. I cleaned the four contacts using a dedicated cleaning solution. The issue persists: the robot’s three LEDs flash white, and just as they are about to turn orange, the unit moves and shuts down. It seems like the battery isn't delivering power to the board (nor is it receiving power while charging). A "charging error" message appears in the app. However, the battery plug looks fine and is securely connected.

The battery is charged (I tested it with a multimeter). So, something between the battery and the board is wrong. The battery doesn't charge on the dock and doesn't send power to the board to run the system. However, there is no damage to the board, and no connectors are loose. I wore rubber gloves, even though I didn't touch the board itself.

Thank you for your feedback. Please check if the robot still has power. If it can boot normally, upload logs in the APP: Me → Help & Feedback → Upload Problem Logs. Share your device to our account QR033438, and provide the device SN. I will arrange technical staff for remote verification.
