Roller Error

I’ve got two of these and one of them just decided today that the roller doesn’t work. I cleaned it thoroughly. The wheel on the edge of the motor rotates freely.

I was able to reach under and touch the roller while it was moving and it was indeed not spinning at all. The fluffer runs every few seconds then it gives up after about 15 seconds of operation and says the roller isn’t moving.


I think the motor has died.

The roller does not spin at all: Please increase the frequency of "Biomimetic Edge Cleaning" and "Biomimetic Edge Mopping" in settings, and check whether the side brush extends outward and rotates normally.

Regarding the roller error: Please follow these steps when the roller malfunctions:

1. Check the roller compartment for foreign objects, and clean hair and debris wrapped around the roller compartment, main roller and dust removal roller in time.
2. After the base station finishes auto-cleaning the mop, restart the mopping task and see if the error disappears.

If the problem persists, there may be a hardware fault on the device. Please contact after-sales service directly for repair.
