Loss of suction

I've owned my Mova for about 2 months now. It was working great in the beginning. I noticed about a week or two ago that it really wasn't vacuuming very well. But now done some testing and realized it is not sucking anything up at all.
When I turn up the vacuum level, the fan does get noticeably matter when I hit max. I can also feel air flow coming out of the back of the unit.
When I put something in front of it, such as a piece of grass or lint or something, the brush will usually push it underneath but unfortunately the unit just moves over it and it's still on the floor when the robot passes. This seems to be very consistent with anywhere that goes at this point.
This is happening on both tile and carpet.
What can I do too correct this issue?
