[Lidax Ultra 3000 AWD] Mower leaves streaks of grass unmowed

I’m really disappointed with my ultra 3000 pro. It mows at inconsistent heights and leaves lines of unmowed grass. How can I fix this?

Good morning. We apologize for the inconvenience.
① Please check whether the grass height in the missed‑mowing area exceeds the set obstacle‑avoidance height. The robot may treat tall grass as an obstacle and avoid it.
② The robot struggles to cut dense grass taller than 12 cm. It is recommended to trim tall dense grass first with a conventional lawn mower.
③ Please check if any obstacles are blocking the robot from accessing the area. The robot has difficulty entering narrow zones less than 1 meter wide.
④ The robot may encounter dynamic obstacles during a task. Obstacle avoidance can lead to partial missed mowing, and such areas will be re‑mowed in the next cleaning mission.
⑤ For areas with overhanging branches, the robot may trigger obstacle avoidance and miss mowing. In the App, you can disable obstacle avoidance for certain zones or edges. You may also set no‑obstacle‑detection zones on the map. The robot will skip obstacle checks within these zones to prevent missed mowing.
⑥ Please check whether the blades are heavily worn. Worn blades reduce the cutting width; replace them with new blades if needed.
⑦ Mowing performance degrades on slopes steeper than 50 % (27°), which may result in missed mowing.
⑧ You can use Spot Mowing or Manual Mode to touch‑up missed areas.
If the issue persists, please upload logs in the App, and provide us with relevant photos or videos, together with your robot serial number and exact model. Our technical team will further analyze potential root causes.
We hope your problem can be resolved soon and look forward to your reply.
