If your robot is experiencing issues with mapping, we recommend trying the following steps to resolve the issue:
Update Firmware: Please ensure that the device's firmware is updated to the latest version.
Adjust Charging Dock Location: Change the location of the charging dock, ensuring there are no obstacles around it and it is within the best Wi-Fi range. Then delete the original map and rebuild it.
Start from Charging Dock: The robot must start its operation from the charging dock. After it starts, do not move the position of the charging dock.
Complete Cleaning Task: Allow the robot to automatically complete the cleaning task and return to the charging dock. If the battery level is low, manually set it to recharge or place it back on the charging dock, otherwise, the map may not save successfully.
Handle Cleaning Alarms: The map is built as the robot cleans. If an alarm occurs, please address it promptly and place the robot back in the cleaned area.
