After the robot's battery is depleted, it will automatically shut down and stop the cleaning task. You can enable the "Resume Cleaning Mode" in "More Functions". Once this feature is enabled, the robot will automatically resume the cleaning task from where it left off after recharging.
If the WiFi signal is unstable or the network signal is weak, the robot may go offline and interrupt the cleaning task during operation.
You can also check the app for any error messages.
During the robot's cleaning process, please do not close doors to various areas or place obstacles in the paths of these areas, and avoid letting people or pets stand in the robot's cleaning path to prevent blocking its operation.
If furniture blocks the cleaning path making the passage too narrow, or if no-go zones/virtual walls are set making the passage too narrow, the robot may be unable to pass, potentially causing the cleaning task to be interrupted. You may need to adjust the furniture positions or the location of no-go zones and virtual walls to provide more space for the robot to pass.
