[Z60 Ultra Complete] Lidar problem

The LiDAR seems stuck up, I tried in the remote screen to lower it but it don’t respond. I’ve read that maybe a factory reset might fix it but I have spent a lot of time working on the map and my schedule and don’t really want to do that if I don’t have to. I only have a couple weeks of run time on this. I know it’s not stuck because of debris or anything. Anyone else have this issue and how did you fix it ?

Hello,

You can also try turning the robot off and then back on to see if that resolves the issue. If restarting doesn't solve the problem, you may need to try a factory reset.

So I changed a setting and the Lidar seems to be working. This was the other day and I should have responded then.
