Vacuum keeps getting plugged up

I have 2 v50s and one vacuum keeps getting plugged up. I have replaced the bag in the base. The base doesn’t appear to be plugged. Not sure what to do. We do have pets and it is always filled with hair. I’ll make a video next time.

There are some limitations when the base station empties fluffy or clumped hair. We recommend checking if the exhaust of the dustbin is blocked by hair.

Fluffy or clumped hair is not easily sucked in and may affect the operation of the fan. Please clean it manually.

Additionally, we suggest increasing the cleaning frequency and the number of automatic emptying cycles to minimize dust accumulation.
