Scheduled cleaning turning off

My scheduled cleaning settings keep turning off randomly. It is not on DND, theres plenty of water in the reservoir, wifi connection is steady, and the sensors are clean. Is there a reason this keeps happening? And how to fix?

I am trying all things before I have to reset the whole thing and remap the entire house.

Having the same problem.

Double check that its not set up as "once" instead of daily or a custom setting. Mine now keeps changing to "once" instead of "daily". I reset it all about an hour ago to see. Fingers crossed

Update: after resetting the entire thing, the scheduled cleaning is now working. I will update if the issues starts again.
