Check the Main Wheels: Ensure there are no foreign objects or debris tangled in the main wheels. Please clean them if necessary.
Inspect the LDS Sensor: Verify if the LDS (laser) sensor on top of the robot is rotating normally. Try pressing the LDS cover lightly to see if it springs back properly.
Clean the LDS Unit: Check for any hair or debris wrapped around the rotating part of the LDS that might be obstructing its movement, and remove it if found.
Remove Obstructions/Films: Check the robot’s surface for any uneven or warped stickers. If your robot is new, please ensure that the protective films on the body are not peeling or warped; if they are, please remove them.
Check the Bumper: Gently tap the front bumper of the robot to confirm that it can rebound freely.
Clean the Sensors: Carefully wipe the line laser sensors and the AI identification sensor to ensure they are free of fingerprints or dust.
Restart the Robot: Finally, try restarting the robot and see if the issue persists.
