We have an entryway rug in our foyer. It is approximately 4x6. Has a higher pile thickness. Because it's heavy, I prefer to leave it in place when vacuuming.
The Mova doesn't do a very good job at vacuuming the rug when it's cleaning the floor around it. I've tried labeling it as rug and also removing that label. It makes no difference. What settings should be used for it to vacuum the rug?
The robot has a limited chassis height, so when cleaning long-pile or black carpets, there may be issues such as erratic paths, hair tangling, or poor cleaning performance.
Therefore, we recommend setting this type of carpet as a no-go zone.
