Auto empty not working

The robot worked great until the collection bag in the base station filled up.  Ever since I replaced it the auto empty feature is not sealing properly, not emptying, and all the debris just stays in the robot.  I’ve looked at this 7 different ways, and cannot figure out what happened.  Please help!

Please ensure that the dust chamber lid is properly installed and that the dust chamber is sealed.

You can also check if there is any debris clogging the dust pipe in the base station.

If the dirt the robot is picking up consists mainly of fibrous or fluffy particles, these can easily clog the air intake. In such cases, unfortunately, the base station often cannot clear this type of debris completely. We regret to inform you that manual cleaning of the affected areas may be necessary, as the base station is typically unable to fully remove such dirt.
