Hi - I have the P10 and recently got the higher level z60 and not liking it at all. It’s powered up and charging, and it says not connected powered off. And it hangs up while cleaning.
The P10 is so much more reliable. I felt this is such a disappointment. Anyone run into such issues?
We preliminarily believe this might be caused by a delay in updates due to a weak network signal. We recommend pulling down the page and refreshing it several times to see if this resolves the issue.
