[P10 Pro Ultra] Trouble docking

Has anyone else had issues with docking that you were able to resolve?  I clean the sensors daily to try help to prevent docking failure.  Half the time when returning for docking for either dust emptying or mop washing, I get an abnormal docking message that interrupts the task, causing the scheduled task to be incomplete.  The robot struggles getting up to the doc and connecting.  I have tried cleaning, etc.

Hello, if you're experiencing issues with your robot failing to dock, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

Check the Charging Contacts: Ensure that the metal shrapnel on the charging contacts is not obstructed.

Restart and Recharge: Restart the robot, remove it from the charging dock, and attempt to recharge it again. Listen for the voice prompt saying "start charging."

Reset the Robot: To reset, open the upper cover of the robot. There is a small reset hole near the Wi-Fi indicator. Press it for 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt "Start to restore factory settings." Afterwards, start the robot to check if it functions normally. *Please note that resetting will erase all data, including any maps you have created. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If the problem persists, we recommend sending the device's serial number (SN), invoice, and any relevant video (if available) to our after-sales team for further assistance.
