Battery down to 30%

I have chose to Vacuum first then to mop afterwards. Not enoungh charge to finish mop task. My home is only 950sq feet. Vacuum is set to normal suction. What is wrong? Do i have a bad battery? This was 100% fully charged prior to vacuum start. This unit is only a 4 days old.
