[Z60 Ultra Roller Complete] Seized up wheel

Looking for feedback, I’m thinking this will be a watch and see or maybe let the issue develop. I’ve seen posts of this exact thing, today the scheduled cleaning starts at 9:00. Ride out of the docking station. It looks like that the vacuum turned a sharp left and was headed facing the wall. After checking the status of the robot, I checked the wheels and the left wheel was in fact seized up. As I moved it around it seems to have freed up then I started it on its cleaning assignment and it finished it OK. My question is this going to continue to be a problem or has scenarios like this been a one off and shouldn’t ignore it for now?

Hello,

For issues with abnormal robot drive wheels, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check whether the main wheels are entangled with foreign matters, please clean your wheels if any.

2. Power off the robot, flip the robot over, please check whether both main wheels can rebound after you press them. And toggle the main wheel manually to check whether the wheel can rotate normally.

If the issue persists, we kindly recommend sending your device's serial number, invoice, and any relevant videos (if available) to our after-sales team.

Our after-sales and technical teams will conduct a further analysis of this issue.
