If I unplug the dock, the battery on the vacuum will drain down in a few hours, even though it's not in use. Why could this be? Are there background activities going on? How can I preserve battery life?
Even in standby mode, the robot consumes some power while remaining in a state of readiness. If you wish to disconnect the charging dock from the power source, we recommend turning off the robot simultaneously. This will minimize natural battery drain.
