Hi there. I have vertical planked hardwood going north to south direction but my robot keeps vacuuming west to east ( horizontally). I have it set currently to clean a zoned area of that room only. Is this why it is doing that? I have the setting on to follow the direction of the hardwood planks.
Please check whether the cleaning frequency is set to multiple times. If the cleaning frequency is set to single, you may send us the device’s SN so we can further analyze the issue.
