[P10 Pro Ultra] Problem

Team, please help me figure this out.
My vacuum cleaner stops in the middle of the room and doesn’t move anymore until I carry it back to the charging station myself. How can I fix this problem?

Please confirm whether the robot is powered on. The robot will automatically turn off and stop the cleaning task when the battery runs out.
Please check if any pet or family member may have accidentally pressed the pause button.
Please confirm whether the robot is stuck or blocked by obstacles or objects, which may cause the cleaning task to pause.
Check if there are any error messages displayed in the app.
Restart the robot and try again.

If the issue still persists, we recommend sending the device SN code and purchase invoice to our after‑sales team so we can provide further assistance and a suitable solution as soon as possible.
