Since the launch of this program, we have received many questions from users regarding the application process, selection mechanism, and trial requirements. We have organized the most common inquiries and situations into the following Q&A to help everyone gain a clearer understanding of how our program operates and to address any questions you may have. We will continue to collect and update this list with new questions as they arise.
❓: How does the selection process work? Will I be notified if I'm selected? What happens if I'm waitlisted?
💡: We receive and review a large number of applications every day. Each application is carefully read and evaluated. Selection is based on the thoughtfulness and effort put into the application, the applicant's level of interest, and whether they are a new Z60 user. Generally, invitations are sent out on a rolling basis in the order applications are received.
If selected, you will receive an email with three key pieces of information:
Confirmation of Selection: Instructions on how to submit your payment information.
Address Confirmation: A request to provide your shipping address.
Platform Choice: An option to choose whether you will participate using the MOVA Forum or Instagram.
Z60 invitations are sent out daily on a rolling basis. If you are placed on the waitlist, it means that other applicants have already completed the required steps (submitted payment and address) ahead of you.
❓: If I am selected and submit my payment information, will I receive a confirmation email?
💡: Based on our current system capabilities, you will not receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging that your payment information has been submitted. However, please don't worry — our team manually monitors new payment submissions on a rolling basis behind the scenes.
If your payment information has been successfully submitted, you will receive an "INFO REQUIRED" email from MOVA within 5 business days of your submission. In that email, we will reconfirm your shipping address and ask you to choose which platform you prefer to use for content creation (MOVA Forum or Instagram).
If you do not receive any email from us within 5 business days, it means your payment submission was not successful.
*Important Note*: When submitting your payment information, we recommend using a credit card or debit card. Please note that Apple Pay may not always work reliably for this process.
❓: What is the first step to participate? Do I need to fill out the application form?
💡: Yes, completing the application form is a mandatory first step for this program. Recently, we have received a number of users submitting their payment information directly without first submitting the "BNPL Z60 Get & Creator Program Application Form." In these cases, we have had to cancel those payment submissions directly. Skipping the application form and proceeding directly to payment is not permitted. We kindly ask everyone to follow the proper steps in order.
❓Why does MOVA ask for my address so many times? I've already provided it in the application form and billing information.
💡: Great question! We collect your address at multiple stages to ensure the highest level of accuracy for shipping. Here's how it works:
First time – Application Form: You provide your address when initially applying to the program.
Second time – Billing Information: Your address is also captured when you submit your payment details.
Third time – Email Confirmation (Final): When we send you the "INFO REQUIRED" email, we ask you to confirm your address one last time. This final address provided via email is the one we will use to ship your Z60.
Why three times? Because addresses can sometimes be entered incorrectly, or you may have moved since applying. By reconfirming with you directly via email, we make sure your Z60 arrives at the right place — no delivery delays, no wrong addresses.
So even if you've shared it before, we always go with the third and final address you confirm with us to ship your product.
❓: Will pictures from an iPhone 13 meet the "high quality" requirement? In other words, is "high quality" about the camera's pixels or the content of the picture? I understand the pictures need to be clear and include the product with appropriate lighting.
💡: Yes, your device (iPhone 13) meets the requirement. For all creator tasks, please ensure you review the specific rules provided, but generally, clear photos with good lighting that feature the product are sufficient.
❓: Once all the posting requirements have been met, do I need to notify MOVA at this email that it is complete, or will someone contact me to confirm they have been met? Will someone be confirming with me per post regarding its acceptability for the trial requirements? I want no surprises on day 30 of the trial.
💡: You have two ways to post your content: through the MOVA Forum or on Instagram. You may only choose one of these platforms for the trial.
*Note*Your trial period begins on the day your product is delivered (counted as Day 1). During your trial, our team will monitor your content. You will generally only receive direct confirmation or notification regarding the status of your trial if you are going to be charged the $1099 fee. This charge typically occurs if your tasks do not meet the requirements or remain incomplete by the end of the trial period.
❓: Will MOVA provide written confirmation that the hold on my credit card will be removed once the trial is successfully completed (or if I return the unit)?
💡:During the trial period, if you decide you do not wish to keep the product, please contact us. We will then cancel the subscription arrangement to ensure that your credit card is not charged.
